We perform our buying office activities currently with 22  experienced staff . Each client has been assigned with a head merchandiser and several assistant merchandisers in each product catagories. Under the supervision of Production Manager, assistant merchandisers and quality controllers, we follow the customers requests at production units;

-Sample and collection preparation
-Providing right suppliers suitable for the price and product range
-Getting price offers and negotiation for targets
-Fabric approvals in terms of physical test requirements
-Following test reports directly with certified laboratories such as ITS, Hohenstein etc.
-Pattern check, cutting, inline sewing and final inspection and reporting
-Handling Transportation and Logistics
-Controlling shipment documents and delivery status updates

We closely follow the market trends through the major exhibitions and visits to the fabric manufacturers and collect the samples. In return, our merchandisers regularly feed their counterparts in their clients with the most up-to-date commercialised fabrics information. We follow up the new trends, new fabric and accessories with a view of our clients’ requirements.
Our merchandisers who are experts in the fashion sourcing, monitor and direct the entire relations between client, suppliers, designers and quality controllers. They are heavily involved into the collection development process.
We work with several large, vertically integrated factories with high annual production output. Having relationships with factories of varying sizes and production capabilities allows us the flexibility to execute both large and smaller orders across a wide range of product requirements. Our main emphasis placed on the correct selection of suitable suppliers, maintenance of quality and production specs of each product groups.

After satisfying all above, we perform the inline and final inspections through our expert Quality Controllers, each one having long manufacturing experience. Statistical methods, such as respective AQL standards, are strictly followed during the inspections. Inspection results are reported to the client.
